Prof. Dr. Barbara Rehermann, from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), Bethesda will talk about “Wild Mouse Microbiota in Preclinical Models of Inflammation and Metabolism”.
Barbara Rehermann is Section Chief of the Immunology Section at NIDDK and her research focus is on basic and translational research to understand (1) innate and adaptive immune responses to hepatitis viruses and (2) the regulation of the hepatic and systemic immune responses by the microbiome.
